This was a great location to stage our visits to both the Grand Canyon and Sedona. The house was well kept with plenty of room for the seven of us (five kids and two adults). We were easily able to expand into the two living rooms, the hot tub and the garage offered a lot of extra space with the table tennis table. The kitchen was well stocked and allowed us to cook most of our meals while we explored the area and we did several loads of laundry. The neighborhood itself was extremely quiet next to a golf course and several times we spotted deer crossing the street in front of the house. We had views of Mount Eldon just five minutes away that inspired us to take a strenuous but amazing hike to the top and we were rewarded with breathtaking views of the entire area.My only complaints are extremely minor and would not dissuade me from renting this very house again. I would prepare to bring some additional towels if planning to use the hot tub as we were always looking for towels and washing them, but it worked very well. Some of the small lights in the back yard area near the hot tub were not working, so it did get very dark up there (which could be seen as a positive thing, too). One of the showers had a partially broken handle that made it a little difficult to use and some people mentioned the steep driveway, but we got used to this after using it a few times. All very minor inconveniences that were overshadowed by the value of this location!

This house was perfect for me and my girlfriend’s first time in flagstaff and the neighborhood is beautiful 🌲 we even got to see deer and elk right by the house several times which we thought was amazing 🦌

This home is beautiful and perfect for a family vacation. The hot tub is wonderful on a cold evening. Plenty of space for everyone! We loved it!

The location is great, it a quiet neighborhood with lots of wildlife wandering through, but just a short distance to downtown Flagstaff, I-40 entrance/exit is just a short distance. Safeway supermarket is 5 minutes drive. The house has everything I needed: nice kitchen with plenty of pots/pans/dishes/silverware/etc. Check what they have before you go to the supermarket because there are already some spices/seasonings, coffee, sugar, etc there. Basically you need to bring your suitcase and that’s it, they provide everything for you, including the biggest TV I’ve personally seen. The outside area is very nice, but I really only used the grill, it was a rainy few days while I was there. My brother liked it enough that he may rent it again for his family when his grandkids are a little only. Definitely recommend
