It is just as beautiful as the pictures! We weren’t outside due to rain but loved the ping pong table. The best was every bedroom had their own en suite & it was perfect for a party of 10. If you are coffee people there is a single kuerig & 14 cup brew coffee maker but bring your own coffee & k cups we did find filters. We were only at the house at night & mornings so it was perfect. Easy to find & a short distance to airport vortex. The host was quick to answer the couple of questions we had. Our only problem was finding the regular tv sports games & we didn’t have access to the apps but it finally worked. But I would highly recommend!

Walking in for the first time this home is gorgeous. They had all the amenities you would ever need. The view off the balcony as amazing. We were a party of eight and everyone thought it was great. The kitchen was beautifully and so very modern with everything you would need to cook. The home was immaculate!

This home exceeded every expectation and was perfect for our family vacation! With nine of us, it accommodated everyone comfortably without ever feeling crowded. The layout offered great spaces to gather as well as quiet areas to relax.The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and truly felt like a home away from home. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was one of the best-equipped we’ve experienced.We especially loved the outdoor space—after days of hiking, kayaking, exploring Sedona, and celebrating my husband’s birthday, it was wonderful to unwind in the hot tub and enjoy the peaceful surroundings together.The location was ideal—close to restaurants, shopping, and trails, yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The hosts were fantastic, with prompt and friendly communication throughout.This was one of the best vacation rentals we’ve stayed in, and it made our Sedona trip unforgettable. Our whole family agreed—we would absolutely love to come back and stay here again!

Beautiful property and great location! Quiet neighborhood. We were 5 couples and it was perfect for us. Super clean and well stocked. Shampoo, body wash, hand soap, and TP provided. Awesome giant windows in upstairs kitchen/TV room and downstairs TV room that provide great view of red rocks and waterfall, putting green backyard. No sun shades on those giant windows means sun really shines through at sunset. Coverings would be nice. Bedrooms were super clean and beds/pillows very comfy and cozy. Great window coverings in bedrooms if you like to sleep in. Bring your own spices for kitchen and dish soap. Some hangers provided in closet but would recommend you bring more. Property management extremely courteous and responsive. We would love to stay here again next time we are in Sedona!

This house was exactly as advertised and offered both great shared and private spaces. The views were amazing and there wasn't any skimping in the building or furnishing of this home. Location was also very convenient to downtown and the various trails of West Sedona. The house sits directly on Airport Road, so there is some traffic noise when you are sitting in the outdoor spaces. The Wi-Fi signal was poor, but we contacted Porter and they provided us with a different one which worked better. There was no information provided about the house (although everything about the house was fairly self explanatory) or the surrounding area in the unit, and coffee was not provided. Check out instructions were straightforward and emailed the day prior to check out.
