We had a wonderful time at the Lagunita beach house! It was just as described, clean and in a nice neighborhood. I loved the large island bar in the kitchen and the master bed was super comfortable. It was our 1st time not staying directly on the beach, but the underground walkway tunnel was neat-although you’ll want to drive to the beach if you’re carrying chairs and other stuff. The host was always quick to respond (which is a big positive and greatly appreciated when renting a house.) I would definitely recommend this home and would happily rent again in the future. Great place. Good location. The porch was a great place to hang out as it was always in the shade. Beach access was across the street. The community pool was nice and clean. The property was well kept and the interior was very comfortable and enjoyable with its coastal theme.

We had a wonderful weekend getaway at this beautiful Airbnb! The space was exceptionally clean, stylishly decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was the perfect spot to relax and spend quality time with family. The attention to detail and welcoming atmosphere really made it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable stay!

The space is beautiful and comfortable and very very clean. It is on the quiet side of Galveston so you are about 20 miles away from the main strip with all of the restaurants, but we appreciated that.
My only complaint is that their checkup time is early, 10:00 a.m. and the standard is 11:00 a.m. . Sometimes 1 hour can make a big difference. Also, when I requested late check out I had to wait until the night before check out to request it, which wouldn't work with our plans so I just went ahead and paid for an extra day.
