We plan on making this an annual trip because of the comfort and convenience of this house! Everything we could have needed was available. All the toys downstairs for the toddlers made afternoons so much more relaxing with all they had to occupy themselves. Definitely a 10/10 stay!

House was super accommodating and had everything we needed. Absolutely loved the well furnished area below the house that was shady with a nice breeze. There was a steady construction noise across the street, which crazy enough I loved while napping on the front porch. Great stay. Would definitely recommend.

Such a wonderful place to stay. Very beautiful and great location to the boardwalk and beach we went too. Having a handicap mother in law that’s in a motorized wheelchair the ramp was amazing for us and made the stay so much more accessible. We will definitely be using and staying here again in the future.

We stayed here for a week during July 4th and it was such a great location to Kemah Boardwalk! We were able to easily walk down to watch the fireworks and avoid all of the traffic. On the following weekend, we were able to see the fireworks from the house. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe with lots to do nearby (I.e. Target, Walmart, fast foods). The home is very nice and comfortable and the kitchen is stocked. I would only point out though that there were 2 bathrooms and one bathroom had a shower and the other had a bathtub. I didn’t realize it from the listing but it was fine because we all just showered in the one bathroom. The host was very responsive and gave great instructions. The area downstairs to hang out was so much fun for our family. The trickling fountain/waterfall feature was a great plus for us while drinking our coffee in the mornings! Our kids loved the bunk room. The beds are clean and comfortable and we slept well. We will definitely stay here again.

Everything was immaculate from beginning to end. We truly enjoyed ourselves.
