The location was outstanding. There was some trouble with the code to get in but after a quick phone call late the night we checked in we were able to get into the house. So thankful someone answered the phone when I called.

This beach unit is fabulous! The layout has the bedroom on lv1 witha shared balcony, living area on lv2 with a large balcony, and an extra balcony on the rooftop so you can watch the sunrise and the beautiful sea views.
Porter are a professional and responsive host and we had reason to exchange texts during the course of our stay, they always responded promptly and were very accommodating.
The unit itself is a bit dated, you'll find the appliances don't work quite as well as they should (we tried to fix the ice maker with no luck), and little things like the bath not draining without figuring out how to wedge the plug open... none of which degraded the quality of the stay. In fact, I told my wife that it made me happy that I didn't own a beach house with all the maintenance required!
All that said, the unit feels loved and homely. and we really felt like it was OUR home on the beach for a week.

Overall it was wonderful. Extremely outdated but we knew that coming in. The communication was quick! Had everything we needed for a comfy stay.

Clean, everything is there that you need for the stay! Very close to the ocean, we loved it! The only thing i would add, Tvs for the bedrooms, and blinds, but overall, it is a fantastic place! We definitely will be going back!!
