My husband and I celebrated our 17th wedding anniversary and I’m glad we chose to stay at The Dawn. We had a beautiful scenery of the pool surrounded by palm trees and the view of the Gulf of Mexico right from the balcony was gorgeous, especially at night as you can see the moonlight reflecting from the water. It was so beautiful. The unit was just like the pictures shown on the site. The people were very nice and welcoming. The unit had all the beach amenities needed to have a great time at the beach and also for the as well. Walmart was right across the street which was convenient. We will definitely stay here again!

Relaxing long weekend stay. Accommodations were perfect and I slept so good in that King bed! Thank you for an amazing time.

Lovely place! Very relaxing! Great place for my sister to spend time together and catch up! Only issue was working the tv.
