Nice stay and convenient location.

We had a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay. Some notes that may be of interest.
Walmart across the nearest street, but a nice view of the Gulf to the left as well.
The parking and facility fee had gone up to $40 from the $35 in the listing so we let the host know to update.
The balcony door handle needs fixed, but operational enough and there is a bar to secure the sliding glass door. Really nice to watch the birds flying around from the balcony.
Pedestrian gate conveniently located near the Condo for easy access to exit and walk the block to the beach or Walmart.
There is some noise from the busy streets but nothing that bothered us too much.
Park in front and go inside to check in, they will give the relevant codes
Air conditioning works, there was a toaster in the closet with the trash can and a hair dryer under the sink in the restroom.
The mini fridge in the kitchen was set more like a freezer so we froze our water bottles in that one and used the one in the living room for refrigerated items

Great host and great location. Will definitely be back!

It was a great place for the 4 of us! We loved it. Next time we’ll have to stay longer!

Excellent location and the place was perfect for our little kids. The only thing we didn’t like was the bed, our back hurt so much in the morning. But this place still deserves 5 stars. I love how close it was to everything— the pier, the beach, moody garden, parks, restaurants, etc. Would love to stay here again!
