We stayed a whole month and we will definitely return again! The air conditioner was brand new so it cools the house perfectly! Laundry room is outside but easy to access. Since you are sharing the driveway sometimes you have to park on the street, we didn't have any issues (no tickets) for the month. We loved the balcony with the ocean views and constant sea breeze.

Everything was perfect and we had a very cozy stay. We walked to many places near the seawall which was great for gas. We even ended up in downtown on our morning run.
