The house and yard were perfect for our family gathering. Bedroom setup allowed for privacy and outdoor activities kept family members of all ages entertained

This was a great place for our family and friends and we had a great time. The house was spacious and the property grounds were very well-kept and nice. The pool with waterfall were a hit. For whatever reason there were A LOT of houseflies inside when we arrived, easily 20 or more congregating on the windows. We did our best and got rid of most but still for some reason a lot of flies throughout the week. Our flight into town arrived in the morning but check-in was not until 4pm. It's understandable that they needed to clean-up after the previous guests departed, but even after some hours had past we came by property and saw no cleaning crew or cars, but we still could not check in until the electronic door lock magically worked at exactly 4pm. It's not the end of the world, but it did cause us to somewhat waste the entire first day in town. But all is well and we enjoyed the house and had a great stay. Thank you!

We sincerely apologize for the issue with the houseflies and appreciate you doing your best to manage them during your stay. We’ll be working with our pest control team to address this promptly.
Regarding the check-in, we completely understand how frustrating that must have been, especially after a morning arrival. We strive to have everything ready as early as possible and will review our cleaning and check-in process to help prevent this in the future.

My family and I enjoyed our stay for a week here. There was plenty of things outdoors to keep everyone busy. There was enough space for everyone to have their on room also. If we visit Arizona again we will book here again but it won’t be during Jun thru Sep it’s was to hot.
