Great house. We enjoyed every bit of it.

Usually pictures are better than the property when you arrive. For this property the pictures were great but the property is even better. All areas were very clean and stocked with everything possible. The house is spacious and beautiful. All games and TVs were easy to operate. Great communication with owners. None of us wanted to leave. Great for a buddies Golf trip or family.

The house was wonderful for our family for the weekend that we spent there to attend our grandson‘s wedding. The games that were provided were very fun for The Family to play. When we have rented in the Phoenix area in the past, we’ve always had some amenities like pods for the Keurig, sugar, lots of dish towels, and dish cloths. This Rental did not provide any of those. The kitchen is very well stocked of everything else. Lots of dishes, glasses, pots, and pans, etc..The refrigerator could be replaced as a lot of of the drawers don’t work properly. The one bedroom and bathroom that is off the north east side, had an odor that smells like sulfur. Possibly coming from the pipes or the drain. Other than that, the house was very clean and well maintained. We would definitely rent there again.
