The place is a 10 out of 10 with only two minor issue. The place accommodates 10 guests, but the coffee maker only makes about 2-3 cups of coffee. I would suggest upgrading to a larger coffee maker. The second issue is that the bathrooms with two vanities only provides one hand towel.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is spacious and includes all the key amenities you need to relax and get comfortable. Our kids enjoyed the toys/games available and they really enjoyed their TV time across all the main rooms they stayed. The location is great, very accessible to the key places we visited (e.g. Sedona, Grand Canyon, Page AZ). Property manager communication was also great - very responsive and friendly. Thank you for providing us a memorable vacation!
