Great location and very comfortable home. House spotlessly clean, with all the amenities and home comforts you need for a family. Loved the fire pit and the peaceful neighborhood .

gorgeous home, very clean and spacious. we had a wonderful stay, went during snow season and it was beautiful. house had central heat and a gas fire place that kept us warm. very close to everything. definitely recommend!

Our family enjoyed or stay. The house was nice. I probably won’t stay again though. The driveway is on a hill. Our two cars fit perfect but if I would of brought my truck then it would of been a huge issue. Our kids were excited with having an arcade but the arcade didn’t work properly. Would of been nice to have step by step instructions on how to operate and calibrate controllers. So didn’t get to play at all. Lucky the pool table kept them occupied . We were disappointed that the property manager did answer back to fix arcade.

Kathryn’s place was beautiful. My family and I enjoyed our stay and would love to comeback for a future Arizona visit.
