House is brand new so that's really nice. Great location for home base.

New build with welcoming appointments & amenities. Great location & seamless check-in/out process. Wouldn’t hesitate to rebook.

Great spot to reach both Grand Canyon and Sedona easily. Listing was accurate and house was very clean. Walmart and Safeway located within 15 minutes of the house. Also was nice to have access to a garage. Four adults, one toddler, and a baby fit nicely.

Awesome view of the mountains in the distance. Quiet neighborhood within 2 miles of a grocery store and eateries. Master bed/bath is set off from the main area while other rooms are upstairs.

We stayed here for 3 nights with our 14 year old twins and enjoyed the modern interior with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths.
Lots of appliances in the kitchen from toaster, nutrabullet and k-cup coffee maker.
1 bedroom and family room also had smart TVs so we were able to sign into Netflix and Prime apps.
I would definitely recommend this place to others!
