Property was super clean and all around great! We came up to go to Bearizona with the grandkids and it was a perfect place to stay.

We stayed here while visiting the Grand Canyon. The house was beautiful. There were 3 couples, we each had our own room and bathroom and plenty of space to spread out. The house had everything we possibly needed. The dirt road getting to the house was kind of a drag but it’s only a short distance and would still highly recommend it. Sitting outside at night we could see the Milky Way!! We were quite busy exploring the Grand Canyon, Sedona and went to Page, Az overnight so didn’t have much time to explore downtown Williams. The only negative is that there is no WiFi there. Cell signal is good but my daughter had to submit a few papers for her Masters program and not able to do it. Thankfully we had our other daughters hot spot to use. Check in and check out was easy and communication was good with property owner. We only had to reach out to her once and she responded quickly.

Our family stayed here for our trip to the Grand Canyon.The house was well stocked and comfortable. We loved that 3 out of 4 bedrooms had bathrooms attached. The manager was just a text message away and very easy to work with.

This house had absolutely everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The only reason I didn’t give the property a full 5 stars was for the following reason only This house does not have A/c and the online listing does not state that specifically. The house is situated in an area that is typically cool enough that we were comfortable enough without it, however I personally am not comfortable sleeping with windows open which was required to cool the house at night, just a personal preference. Otherwise this home offers a great location near Williams that had everything we needed for supplies. We cooked almost every meal at the house and had great game nights. Definitely a very comfortable clean home where lifelong memories were made with our family of 8.
