I had an incredible stay at this wonderful house! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The house was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a true home away from home. The amenities were top-notch, and I especially enjoyed relaxing in the serene garden. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure I had a fantastic stay. I can't wait to return to this charming oasis on my next visit. Highly recommended!

Loved our stay here, it was a beautiful location and the ability to walk right out back to the trails was amazing.
We had an issue with the house which Porter responded to right away and had a service technician out quickly - loved this about the stay!

Just look at the Key Photo. Location is everything. Redrock views are gorgeous from this home. Private access to Sugarloaf trail and 5 bedrooms. There's really not much in Sedona you can compare this to. Ya, it's expensive: After taxes and fees its almost a mortgage payment for a weekend but I would stay here again. Air conditioning worked great throughout the house, beds were super comfortable, hot water and pressure were great, master bedroom and bath were luxurious, and there was plenty of space. Stargazing is epic from this spot. Pro tip: turn out all the lights and sit on the deck and the bugs wont find you and the stars will shine like a movie backdrop.
As other posters mentioned the additional waivers you have to sign do make one nervous but I reached out to the managing company to clarify some things in the contract and they responded incredibly fast and seemed very nice so I wouldn't worry about it being a company rather than an individual renting out the home.

Most beautiful location and wonderful home! It was huge and we did not have a moment of boredom with all the fun activities they had! They were super understanding and wonderful at responding! I would 100% go back and stay in the same place again! Absolutely wonderful!! It was a beautiful experience and I would love to bring all 15 family members to stay there again! Thank you so much!!!
