We had a family reunion in this home for 4 days---4 kids under 4, plus their parents and grandparents. The bedrooms/bathrooms in the house are well-designed and pretty well sound-insulated. We appreciated that the huge outdoor space was all fenced so we could let the little kids roam/play. The (artificial) grass area is soft and large---allowed for a lot of foot races among the kids. We used the corn hole game a lot, and enjoyed the outdoor kitchen (including the refrigerator next to large grill for beer/wine and the grill for steaks). Also, the pool being separately fenced was the main reason we chose this house. Another big plus was the treasure trove of little kids' toys in the 2nd living room area, and the big box of pool things (floaties, toys, etc.) on the deck---very helpful to have these for our little kids. We paid the $150/day for pool heat, and it was great having a warm environment for the little kids (but I did find it ouch-inducing to pay that much each day!). The instructions to set the pool heat were incomplete, and we lost a little time before we could get a user name and Password into the tablet provided for that purpose, but after about an hour, we did get the information needed. This was really the only glitch (other than our inability to access the property at any time before the posted 4pm, which we had hoped for so we could stock the refrigerator/cabinets with food for the little ones arriving after a long travel day). All said, I see us renting this property in the future. We had a great time.
