We had a great stay at Eugie Terrace! Every amenity was provided and my kids had a lovely time in the hot tub (it was too cold for the pool at the time). The house was immaculate and the location was perfect. The perfect "home away from home" with quick communication from the Porter team.

Very spacious, perfect for a large group vacation!

Great house. The pool area and patio have a great layout. The guest suite was tucked in with a private entrance. It was the perfect escape for some quiet time away from the rest of our group. Large kitchen and very cool sunken living room. Overall our stay was better than expected.

Would recommend it to anyone! Amazing house and very easy communication with the host! Would come again in the summer time to enjoy the pool and weather! Also wanted to mention super comfy beds and easy rest from landing to the whole trip.

Porter's place is really conveniently located in Scottsdale, just under 15 minutes into fashion square and really nicely located 15-25 minutes from several golf courses. Our visit was a trip for 6 guys in their late 30's to golf, relax, and enjoy the town.
The space is clean and spacious and overall very comfortable. The beds were great and the pool was really nice (and clean too) as well as the hot tub, which is fantastic for those cooler AZ nights. We found the decor to be pretty simple but the kitchen does have most of what you'd need. I'd imagine that nobody is really doing a ton of cooking here but one thing we noticed is that there wasn't any oil or spices if you are planning to cook.
Otherwise, towels are plentiful and communication was solid. I'd recommend this place for families or groups looking to have a nice place to base themselves while staying in Scottsdale! We had a great time and didn't have any issues at all!
