Place was great for my brother's bachelor party. We had a great time, very fun backyard.

Great place, great stay, awesome outdoor space, would use again. Maybe the only complaint I have would be the small supply of garbage bags, paper towel, and dish clothes. Which is very minor, and I’m confident Porter would have looked after it if I had asked.

Great place to stay and super fun. You’ll always have something to do. This place doesn’t lack any amenities. This is a must stay when back in AZ.

Great place overall with all the amenities

We love to travel and I love to spend time researching/planning our trips. I reviewed tons of options before selecting this home for our trip (2 families; 4 adults, 8 kids, ages 17 to 11). We booked the home a year before our stay. In the fall of 2022 I read some of the recent reviews and became concerned about our choice. After researching other potential options and speaking with our friends, we decided to stick with our booking. We are so glad we did. Communication with the property manager was easy, as was check-in and check-out. We felt safe in the neighborhood and enjoyed the easy access to stores, restaurants, hiking, etc. One reviewer mentioned road noise from Shea Blvd. We slept with the windows open and, if there was road noise, we didn't notice. The four youngest kids slept in the casita and had a great time. While there is no bathroom in the casita, it wasn't a problem for us. The casita was awesome - both kids and adults enjoyed all the games. Some of the furniture in the casita is old/cracked, but didn't bother us at all. I probably wouldn't have noticed if not for another review. We played tons of pickleball and spent a ton of time in the pool. I wish the home had more bathrooms, but we knew going in that there were only 3 and we easily made it work. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space to hang out, even with 12 people. Overall, we had a phenomenal time and would absolutely stay here again. To me, that is worth five stars.
