It was a good place to stay in a nice woodsy area, my only feedback would be that for a place that accommodates eight, we ran out of seating in the living room and the kitchen.

We loved the house, the location, everything was clean and we had everything we needed to cook. We loved the backyard, it is perfect for cooking on the grill and sitting at the picnic table.

We loved Kathryn’s place. It was beautiful and spacious and we had a wonderful time. It’s right by a national park which was a very pleasant surprise. The only issue was a little confusion about the agreement you have to sign with the property management place never getting to me via email so we had to call and clear some things up with them sending to the wrong email. Even with that little snafu they were very responsive and we got in just fine. 10/10 would stay there again!

The Ponderosa is a great retreat. Only a few yards from the road but we never heard traffic noise. The back yard view is spectacular.
A perfect face to stay close to Grand Canyon and Flagstaff.
