This place was perfect for us…. The fully stocked kitchen was a plus and access to the garage was great because we had bikes. The house itself was clean and comfortable and we settled right in. Nice neighborhood for walking and some trails very close. Be aware it is not walking distance to downtown, that was not a problem for us but could be for others. If I came back to Flagstaff, this is where I would stay again!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house feels like a home. It's modern, beautiful and very clean. We played pool. Sat on the very large porch in the morning with coffee. We sat around the firepit and star gazed at night. The kichen is very big with island seating for six. Thank you for adding the room darkening curtains and bathroom door in the master. It makes all the difference for sleeping. The other the bedrooms would benefit from the room darkening curtains. The only caution to guests is the very steep driveway. The house is in a lovely neighborhood. Good for walks. It's about a 15 minute drive from downtown Flagstaff.

Kids really enjoyed the billiards & the arcade. Lots of space, comfortable & quiet.

This home is very comfortable and has lots to offer. It is clean, spacious, and if you have a pool-playing family member (or two!) this is the place to stay. Beds are comfy, kitchen is great, bathrooms are clean and spacious. We loved this home. The location is supreme and it's easy to access downtown Flagstaff and grocery stores/Target/etc. I would highly recommend this residence if you are looking for a place to hang out with friends or family, watching movies or making yummy dinners while playing some pool. We had family pictures over the weekend and this home was perfect for all of us. My pup loved the fenced yard and front porch.
