Enjoyed our stay. Never communicated with host, because we didn't have to, everything was clear and concise. Great location.

This is the 4th time we have rented this place! Greatest view you will see! We absolutely hate checking out because we have to go back to reality. Highest recommendation and even the neighbors(to the South) are super cool!

Kathryn's place is absolutely stunning. It was clean, spacious and very accomodating. Would stay here every time I come to Sedona for a group of 3 or more!

Check in and out was very easy. Great instructions provided. Awesome location and views. Property as described. All basic necessities provided. A lot of space. Great for a family not wanting to be cooped up in a hotel room.

The views of Bell Rock, Courthouse, and Castle Rock were unbelievable! The home was clean and comfortable with the exception of the carpet in the bedroom hallway which really needs to be replaced. But every time I saw the views from the living room windows, I was just awe struck! The king size master bed was comfortable. But the twin beds in the second bedroom were not comfortable for an adult in our opinion. The kitchen was sufficiently appointed. The location was close to hiking and golf. We only ate out one time, but it was fantastic, Creekside American Bistro on Oak Creek in Sedona. Kathryn was a very responsive host. Book this place! You won’t regret it!
