What a beautiful place and neighborhood. We rented the house for our kids move in at NAU this weekend and we were very pleased. The house is big and spacious with fantastic kitchen and amenities. We were able to cook homemade meals , play games and spend as much as time with the kids possible. We will definitely come back.

This place is awesome! Almost brand-new and nicely appointed. Plenty of room for everyone. Great location too. The only thing I would change would be adding ceiling fans or portable fans of some sort. You can only turn the thermostat so far as it is locked by the owner.

We decided to book Kathryn’s place as a last minute adventure in Flagstaff. The communication was clear, quick, and efficient which made for a smooth check in and check out process. The home was located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood close to a walking trail and park. It was cozy, clean, and provided most of the amenities you could need for a weekend stay. Downtown Flagstaff is less than 10 minutes away, however it’s also close to many restaurants and stores on the outskirts of the neighborhood. I highly recommend staying here on your next visit to Flagstaff!

We enjoyed our stay, the house is in great condition, is well kept, and provided everything we needed to live comfortably for the week we were in town. It was nice to have the latest TV technology available too for easy streaming.
