Cotton’s Cabin is a great value in the Pinnacle Pines neighborhood. The unit backs up to a forest so it’s completely private. We had plenty of space for a family of five. The decor is modern, bright, and pleasant. Our children loved the games, the PlayStation, the loft area, and the gas fire pit (s’mores!). The adults loved the gorgeous trees in the neighborhood, the proximity to downtown, and the wonderful trails inside and outside the neighborhood. We definitely would come back to stay again &, looking at other units in the neighborhood, this one is a great price for the setting & decor. If I were to offer any downside, I’d say to just note the king bed in the primary room is not firm (which may be to the benefit of some people). The stairway carpet has seen many feet, but that’s to be expected at a vacation rental.

We had a wonderful stay in Cotton’s Cabin, all very easily arranged through Kathryn, who kept us up to date and provided all the info we needed before we arrived. The house was beautifully decorated, very clean and had everything for a relaxing break in and around Flagstaff. Breakfast on the patio overlooking the pine trees was a great way to start the day and we enjoyed getting to know Flagstaff and travelling further afield to the Grand Canyon, for example, easily doable in a day. We look forward to coming back again in the future.

Our stay at Kathryn's place was simply wonderful in every way! From the easy check in....to the beautiful location...to the gorgeous decor..to the thoughtful welcome basket...to the completely stocked cupboards for every one of your needs that you and your family could possibly think of...to the views and more!!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again!!! We loved everything about Kathryn's gorgeous and relaxing retreat...we are so thankful for the memories our family were able to make together there!!!

What a wonderful place to stay! This home was absolutely gorgeous!

This setting and home were absolutely phenomenal for our purposes of a 3 day family excursion. It was quiet and private and lent itself to complete relaxation; whether indoors or outside in the fenced patio area replete with chiminea, the atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable. Our family of 6 had all the space we needed to work, study, rest, visit, and feel vitally connected with one another. The decor was lovely, the colors popped, and there was lots of natural light coupled with a soft breeze and blue skies the weekend through. The home was well equipped with anything we had need of, and our only complaint was that we had to leave once the wedding we were in Flagstaff to attend was over! Enjoy the experience!
