We had a wonderful labor weekend at Kathryn's home, with two couples, three young kids and a dog. The bedrooms are spacious, the kitchen is well stocked and great to cook in, and the backyard was perfect for kids and adults with plenty of green space, seating and a hot tub. The house was close to downtown and hiking. The only thing I would note was that the neighborhood was behind the train tracks. This was actually a hit with our kids, but we did find it to be quite loud when sitting outside.

This was our 2nd year staying here. We come up for my son’s football scrimmage at NAU. He broke his wrist this year but we loved our stay last year so decided to come even though he isn’t playing. Looking forward to booking again next time!

We did two days at Snowbowl and this place was perfect for our family of four. Our oldest loves bunk beds and we enjoy a good hot tub!
