Not our first stay here and hopefully not our last. Amazing location with great access to NAU and downtown. The townhouse has a special feel to it that we absolutely love.

Very cozy loft, easy walking distance to downtown.

Kathryn’s place was perfect for us, beautiful, spacious and conveniently located in our favorite part of Flagstaff! It’s so close to NAU and the funky Southside with some of our favorite coffee bars! We highly recommend staying here and we will be booking more over the next three years while our son finishes his undergrad.

The place was awesome wish I couldve stayed longer

We enjoyed staying here. It was close enough to walk downtown and enjoy all the restaurants and shops. It is also close to grocery stores and a convenient store.
As for the location itself it had all the amenities that you need for a stay. It had a full kitchen and tv.
