Kathryn's place was amazing for our large family in town for my son's college graduation. The townhouse was everything as advertised and I had no problems checking in early since we arrived early. It was clean and well stocked with everything needed for a few days stay. My son lives in the complex as well so that convenience was wonderful. I would highly recommend this property for any one wanting to stay in beautiful Flagstaff. We have another graduation next year and will definitely be looking this one up for a repeat! The place was great for our extended family of 8 people for a short stay to go skiiing while visiting AZ from FL. One of the few properties we saw that had ample bathrooms for larger groups. We did not spend a lot of time here other than sleeping, but it was a convenient location to go skiiing, as well as dining options in downtown Flag. The community was a little tight to navigate especially with snow plowed drive ways, but otherwise we really had no complaints. The place is well stocked and we really appreciated having all the usual hotel amenities like soap and shampoo in all bathrooms, which was one less thing to worry about while traveling.

Kathryn's place was perfect for me and some friends to have a place to stay during our ski weekend. Snowbowl is only 30 minutes away. the space was very neat and substantial. There was plenty of cooking space and utensils, which we took advantage of. Overall I was very satisfied but my one complaint would have to be parking. The unit comes with 2 garage spots and in theory there's additional parking around the apartment complex but it was always all filled up so our third and fourth cars ended up parking at a gas station nearby.

Great place to stay. Host is very responsive if you need her. Not far from stores/gas/food. I would book this place again if I need to travel to flagstaff again.

Perfect location, such a cozy and comfortable place. Was so fun to walk in to holiday decorations including a sweet tree!

Enjoyed a wonderful family weekend in this four bedroom condo. The unit had everything we needed and was close to all the great spots in Flagstaff. The owners were very responsive and we would definitely stay at this property again.
