Though it’s about a 15 minute drive into Flagstaff proper, it’s well worth the drive. The house is spacious and very pleasantly decorated. The kitchen is wonderfully stocked with enough pots, pans, air fryer, an instapot, sharp knives and cutting boards to cook a feast.
We arrived late in the evening on a very hot day. So was challenging to get the place cooled down. So if you are there in heat of the summer, open the windows (all screened) and let a cross breeze throughout. For the rest of the trip, we closed up for the day and opened them back up in the evening and had no further problems. There are standing fans upstairs and they also helped. Flagstaff was near 100, and we were pleasantly situated inside. Coming from the valley, we are used to ceiling fans, which as these summers get hotter, would be a good investment.
Overall, we would definitely stay here again.
