I can't say enough good things about this property! For starters, it is immaculate! I've stayed in a lot of Vrbo rentals and this place ranks in the top 5 of cleanest properties I've been in. We were traveling with a dog and not only was the property fenced but they even have dog dishes and poop scooper available to use. You couldn't even tell that this place accepts pets, it was THAT clean. One thing that came to mind often during our stay was how much you can tell the owners care about keeping their guests cozy. It was very comfortable! We played many games of pool during our 6 day stay. Another thing, I can't tell you just how much I appreciated having basic supplies already available when we got there. So many properties leave you with 1 trash bag, 2 rolls of toilet paper, and not any dry seasonings or spices. I didn't have to buy any of that and it really eliminated the first day stress on arrival. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to ANYONE! There are only a few items I noticed. First, the upstairs was very warm when we were there as it was high 90s in Flagstaff. There doesn't appear to be a thermostat up there so having a window air unit up there or something would be nice. Two of the pool sticks were broken before we were at the property so raplacing those when the owner has the chance would be good. Finally the washer and dryer units are probably over 20 years old and could be replaced. The front load washer has mold on the seal.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was super comfortable and very clean. The location was also perfect - convenient to get into town and right next to lots of walking paths. Thank you for a wonderful trip!

Our fur babies loved the backyard and the spacious home. My family loved the tranquility and peacefulness the settings provided.
Amazing neighborhood with trails surrounding a woods experience. Easily accessible for walks or jogs daily.
Beds were extremely comfortable and pool table provided fantastic fun for the family. We will definitely be staying again!
