Kathryn's place was great. Well-appointed, helpful amenities (W/D, off-street parking, etc.), and walkable to downtown Flagstaff. I gave a 4-star for Communication only because you don't actually communicate with the host, but a third-party management company. This was unusual for us as we usually interact with the actual host during all our Airbnb stays. If there's an urgent matter, it might take a little longer to get a response from the actual host, as you must go through a third-party on or off-platform. Other than that, everything was fine.

Location was great. Walking distance to downtown restaurants and attractions. House was well appointed and appeared to have been updated. Instructions were easy to follow.

One of the nicer Airbnbs we have ever stayed at. Beautifully remodeled and close to downtown Flagstaff (we walked there several times). Our only complaints are that the beds were a little uncomfortable and the kitchen was lacking some cooking utensils (only one cutting knife, only one dry measuring cup, etc.), but we would still plan on staying here again!

Kathryn’s place was beautiful! We rented this place for my BIL’s birthday to hike and visit downtown! Parking was easy enough and so was check in. I would definitely stay here again
