This place was so lovely, would stay again. Very walkable to downtown and clean. Only downside was we did not understand where to park the car at night per the instructions, so we just left the car parked on the street during our stay which worked out just fine as well.

Kathryn's place was great. Well-appointed, helpful amenities (W/D, off-street parking, etc.), and walkable to downtown Flagstaff. I gave a 4-star for Communication only because you don't actually communicate with the host, but a third-party management company. This was unusual for us as we usually interact with the actual host during all our Airbnb stays. If there's an urgent matter, it might take a little longer to get a response from the actual host, as you must go through a third-party on or off-platform. Other than that, everything was fine.

Location was great. Walking distance to downtown restaurants and attractions. House was well appointed and appeared to have been updated. Instructions were easy to follow.

Great little house right down the street from my mom. Very close to downtown.
