Great house that was perfect for our family of 4!

We had a great stay at this wonderful house with tons of amenities! Only thing bad I could say is that the house had so many amenities and fun things to do that it was tough to leave and see the beautiful Flagstaff area, lol!

This is a beautiful home. Just the right amount of decorations.
Had everything we needed for our 5 night stay.
Only a 30 minute drive to the Grand Canyon railway. Which we took to the Canyon.
The location is easy access to Rt 40. But very quiet neighborhood.
The driveway and front steps are very steep. So if you have any mobility issues it might not work for you.
I would definitely recommend this house.

This is our second time staying here and both times have been perfect. Kathryn’s house is very close to the music festival at Ft. Tuthill (Pepsi Amphitheater). The house is beautiful and comfortable. It has everything we need. I highly recommend. We will absolutely be back.

We were in flagstaff for a soccer tournament, with our 5 kids. The space was clean and inviting, very nicely decorated. The kitchen was very family friendly with lots of space to sit at the counter. We felt very welcome as we walked in. The kids enjoyed the pool table, arcade and all of the TVs. The house is close to restaurants, and NAU which was were we played soccer. The back yard was a great place to sit and unwind, as was the front porch with a nice view and seating. It was overall an amazing get away, the weather was perfect, we got rain! We would definitely book here again and recommend to friends.

Really nice home with a great location outside of Flagstaff and close to the freeway. Kathryn was very communicative and flexible. The game room and open floor plus the doggy potty area were a huge plus!
