Beautiful home, but parking is limited. The property has a two-car garage and parking spots that fill up quickly. After parking on the side the first night, we received a ticket, so we parked our third vehicle overnight at the 24-hour Denny's restaurant. Other than that, the location is excellent. Three of the four rooms had their own bathrooms, which I found very convenient. & Super close to downtown flagstaff.

Kathryn’s place was awesome! I loved that every bedroom had their own bathroom! Everything was very clean and the house was very close to everything! Thank you for having us! Would recommend!

We loved our stay at this Airbnb. It’s a great neighborhood and location. It’s a 5 min drive to downtown flagstaff, can’t beat it!

Kathyrn's AirBNB was perfect for our group. It was decently close to downtown and more than enough space for us.
The beds were nice and having multiple bathrooms/showers was great.
Booking requires a separate rental contract which you can't read until after booking. There wasn't anything in the rental contract that was odd but it was strange to have to book without being able to read all of the details.
Parking in the garage is very tight. Larger SUV's probably wouldn't fit which means you'll be walking a few blocks as there is no close street parking.
Dining area doesn't hold 12 at the same table. It was a stretch to fit out 9 at the table.
Furnishings were nice and the tv was great once we got the sound figured out.

We really appreciated each that each bedroom had it's own bathroom! Made getting ready a breeze!

Great place for our family. Nice location. Quiet neighborhood. Close to shops and restaurants. Overall, a great experience
