House have everything you need ! Kids love to play in the snow , we had a amazing time. The host is super attentive and reply fast!

My family and I had a great time at Cotton’s Cabin! The Airbnb is SO spacious. From the bedrooms to the kitchen to the bathrooms, you definitely feel like you have enough space. Especially with a bigger group of people! The views in the backyard and front yard were stunning. We LOVED waking up to snow falling! We would absolutely come here again. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your wonderful Airbnb & create lifelong memories!! 😊

We stayed at Kathryn's place for a family Christmas vacation. We have stayed at many AirBNbs before and this has been our ultimate favorite stay.
It was easy to find and located in a beautiful subdivision. The wooded backyard was perfect to play in and had enough snow for our kids to sled down. We spent a lot of time walking the quiet neighborhood and playing in woods. There where several sleds in the garage so that was a perfect touch. The house was bigger than we thought. It accommodated 5 adults and 3 kids and we still had a lot of space. My young boys ended up sleeping in the huge loft on the provided air mattress. I am super picky about where I stay, especially the cleanliness part, and this place was spotless clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a Christmas dinner. The beds were amazingly comfortable. Best we have ever slept in.
This place was perfection!!! I usually have a ton of anxiety when traveling but I felt safe, comfortable and relaxed here.

This is our second time staying at Cotton’s Cabin and it’s our favorite. Beautiful home with everything you need to feel at home and comfortable. It is clean, fully stocked with just about anything you might need and in a beautiful area. One of the air mattresses had a slow leak (which wasn’t a big deal because we didn’t have to use it) and they dropped off a new mattress within hours. So impressed! Host is very responsive and helpful. It’s definitely a home away from home. Highly recommend!
