This place was perfect for our stay. The only thing that would be a hindrance was if you had a senior family member that wasn’t actively mobile, the entire place is stairs. Worked just fine for my daughter and I but if my dad would of been with us (he has bad knees, both replaced) he would of had a hard time getting around. But it really was beautiful and that was the only issue someone might have renting this home is the stairs. I honestly don’t remember if it’s listed in the description. But again the place is beautiful and the owners were very helpful and available when we had questions.

We had a great stay! Great location and the house was beautiful, didn’t need anything, fully equipped! Very close to downtown Flagstaff. Highly recommend!

Kathryn's place was amazing for our large family in town for my son's college graduation. The townhouse was everything as advertised and I had no problems checking in early since we arrived early. It was clean and well stocked with everything needed for a few days stay. My son lives in the complex as well so that convenience was wonderful. I would highly recommend this property for any one wanting to stay in beautiful Flagstaff. We have another graduation next year and will definitely be looking this one up for a repeat! Thanks Kathryn!
