Bunny Ranch was a great place to spend the weekend with family and friends. Plenty of space for our 3 families of 4. House had everything we needed.

Amazing place to stay with beautiful views

My family came from all over to attend our nieces wedding. There were 12 of us. We liked the house and where it sat as it was close to my sisters house. The house itself was very well laid out. The amenities were ok, the only complaint is that there were flannel sheets on one of the beds, which in the summer in AZ, it was way to hot. The only thing was trying to get inside. The code to the lock box was changed the day we got there and that was not relayed to me. I called 3 times with no answer, finally someone called me back and gave me the new code, they were apologetic. I believe the owners has a company that manages the Airbnb.
I would recommend having a flyer or instructions on checking out in the house. I had an Airbnb in AZ and I had all of the instructions on check in/out, what they could and couldn't do, places of attractions, lists of emergency phone numbers etc.
All in all, I would recommend this house, we had a wonderful time.

Great place with fantastic back yard. Large lot that gave plenty of access to the wonderful views.

Beautiful, peaceful house located outside of the Flagstaff city center. Woke up to a stunning view of the mountains in the backyard as the first rays of sunlight emerged. The house easily housed 10 people comfortably, and it was equipped with pots and pans to make cooking at home seamless. Furthermore, the kitchen was fully stocked with essentials to be able to clean up after meals. There were snacks left on the kitchen table which was a nice touch after a long drive.

Clean, updated appliances and very nice view. Had everything we needed. It was an usually hot weekend and it would have been more comfortable with air conditioning. Everything else was very pleasant.
