Our group of 3 couples enjoyed the house. It is as listed and the pics are accurate. The house was clean and we had no issues. The host was responsive during check in and check out. It didn’t directly affect us but it would be nice to know before booking that a $500 fine would be assessed if the police are called to the property for any reason. The house is close to Old Town and all other attractions. Several coffee shops are even walkable. We would return and stay again. Thanks.

The listing says king bed in master but it does not have a king bed. This was disappointing but due to their response, I still gave 5 stars. They do control temp in the home remotely so be aware of that. Coldest you can put temp at is 69 degrees but I did message and they responded quickly and allow an adjustment. Overall, it's a nice place for the money and great with communication.

Great home, and very safe neighborhood. The home has a phenomenal layout. We were very comfortable in the home and found the place very clean. The noise restrictions threw me off a bit, but it makes sense. Scottsdale has a lot of retired people that appreciate their peace. The restrictions are from 9:00pm until 9:00am. This means it is a bit difficult to enjoy the amazing outdoor set up with out feeling paranoid that a neighbor will call the police and cost you a $500 fee. I read a few articles of why this is in place…apparently other Airbnbs have been having issues with parties… again, makes sense… just wasn’t aware of it while booking. My guest and I are very respectful and of course didn’t cause any issues or had police called on us. Just keep my note under consideration while booking to make sure your whole party understands what’s expected. The home is a smart home where it can detect your noise level and report it back to the host. Porter had great communication and a great host

Comfortably slept us 7 girls. Very responsive host and felt at home! The door to the backyard is child-proof, which is great if kids are involved. The couch is large enough to have another person sleep on it as well. Great location. The carport was great to keep your vehicle out of the sun! Would stay again (: Thanks Porter!
