great place, great host, heated pool and hot tub. would come again!

Our family had a fabulous time at Always Summertime. The house was clean, well stocked and centrally located to anything you'd ever need. We booked primarily due to the outdoor space, and it didn't disappoint. The pool and hot tub were heated properly which was a concern prior to booking. The diving board has been removed, so that's something to note that's different from the photos, but it wasn't a big deal for us. Porter was also very quick to respond to a couple questions and fix a minor issue. If we visit Scottsdale again, we'd definitely look to book Always Summertime again.

It was just absolutely perfect. I have never stayed at a better place that had anything a family would need for a week. Whether it was laundry detergent, tin foil, lawn games, indoor games, cooking utensils, towels - they predicted every single one of our needs. The house was perfect for a family with 3 kids and grandparents. Great for lounging, great hot tub, and very central to lots of things. It was so clean upon check in. The only frustration which wasn’t the hosts fault was that we paid $40 a day to heat the pool but I guess the even with the heat being turned on the pool was still ice cold because of the cold weather and we couldn’t use the beautiful pool. I requested a refund for the pool heat early in the week when we realized the heater wouldn’t do the job so hopefully it will come through. But I would recommend it to anyone it was really amazing!

The house was amazing for our family vacation. The house was clean and everything we needed was provided. Check in and communication with the rental agency was very good. The only negative was the pool heater did not work the day before we arrived. We enjoyed the ping pong table set up outside on the artificial turf, the hot tub and all the outdoor seating. Only thing missing was outdoor speakers for music. Overall, amazing house for a family vacation.
