It's a quiet spot with a good location—an end unit with a deck.

Great location was only 10-15 minutes to most places, easy to find. Was quite and clean, in a cozy neighborhood. Had everything we needed and was accurately described. Would stay here again

My cousin & I absolutely enjoyed the duration of our stay at Kathryn's trendy condo!!! only one thing that could have been more satisfactory... the floor was a bit tacky & wasn't very clean (as far as mopping). Everything else was immaculate. Amazing. Comfy. Cute!!!
