Very nice scenery, felt right at home.

Kathryn's place was as described in the listing. The views are great at this price point for a bnb! The King bed is super comfy and there is lots of space within the house.

We had a great stay - location was fantastic. Perfect spot to spend a few days in Sedona.

We were in Sedona for three nights for a bike festival so we were not at the house all day but when we were there it was a perfect set up. Two bedrooms two baths made it extra relaxing and what they don’t tell you in the listing is that it’s beautifully quiet and high on a gentle hill so you can see beautiful views. It’s a dead-end street with beautiful homes and we met one very friendly kind neighbor. Extremely quiet wonderful!! I’d book the same house again!!!

I absolutely loved my stay at Kathryn’s place! The place was so clean, comfortable, peaceful, quiet and exactly as described. The view was so pretty too. I will definitely be booking another stay here.
