This Airbnb was great for our work team while attending Overland Expo West. It was a home base for us, about a 10 min drive from the event. It was big enough to be comfortable with coworkers, and had everything we needed (fully stocked with coffee, towels, etc.). It's professionally managed, so communication was quick. The door code is sent via email, which caused confusion at first but was quickly resolved. There's a park across the street and it's in a quiet neighbourhood.

My family and I had such a peaceful time at this home. It was my parents first time at an airbnb and they loved it!!! We appreciated the responsiveness. Also, park was near by for my kids.

Our stay was great! Beautiful home in the pines. Well appointed and had everything we needed for our weekend stay. Would recommend it and stay there again!

Easy access to Grand Canyon, Sedona, Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, and Flagstaff stores/restaurants.
5 stars; highly recommend.
One note: the Nest thermostat is fixed. Was warm at night, especially upstairs. The instruction from the management company was to open the window at night…which was fine until the forest wildfire smoke settled over Flagstaff…then the option was breathe the smoke at night or be warm. Highly recommend the owner embrace the few dollars more in the electric bill and allow guests full control of the thermostat.
