This was a great home for a larger group. House was clean upon arriving and check-in was easy. The garage for parking was a plus, especially with the snow on the weekend we were in Flagstaff. Host was very responsive with communication. Also, this is in a great neighborhood and a very short drive to downtown. Price a good if you have a large family or multiple people to share the cost with.
Tip: Wouldn’t recommend if anyone in your party can’t climb stairs. You enter on the bottom floor where you do find one bedroom and bathroom. You need to climb stairs to get to the main living area of the home. Otherwise a fantastic house to rent.

Had a wonderful stay here with my family over Christmas weekend! The location is close to downtown and Snowbowl, it was cozy and we had a great stay. The only thing to note is that if someone is sleeping in the room on the main level, the floors and plumbing are very loud! One couple had a very hard time sleeping, so bring loud white noise or ear plugs if that’s an issue for you. Otherwise it was fantastic, would definitely stay again! Great for a group!

The location was pretty central to Flagstaff including access to grocery and restaurants. It is a 3 storied building so bedrooms are in all 3 different floors with 3rd floor pretty steep climb. You have to be mindful if you have many older guests when you book. The rooms were all nicely furnished enough for a comfortable stay.
It is a townhome, so there is no yard per say and backs to another row of townhomes, almost like apartments. However we needed just for sleeping so it did not matter to us.
Overall it was comfortable and I would book that place again!!!
