One of the BEST Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in! Home was adorable, well stocked and comfortable. Plenty of space for our family and close to NAU for visiting our college kid! We’ll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Kathryn’s place! We will definitely stay again as it was very clean and had a great location!
Pros:
- The woods behind the place are perfect for a hike or sledding. We really never needed to leave the place to play in the snow with the kids.
- Toys and games available for kids and adults
- Extremely clean and very well decorated
- The extras available in the kitchen (aluminum foil, ziplock bags, storage containers, etc) were great to have available if needed
- Close to town to get to restaurants but still feel like you are in the woods because of the backyard
Cons:
- If you have little kids, there are breakable decorations that need to be moved to prevent any issues.
- The stairs are steeper with carpet so can get slippery so just something to be cautious about

Very clean and accommodating, loved the layout it was open and roomy for the size of the place. My family and I would defiantly stay here again, one of the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at.

Awesome Housr this place was perfect 👍 will be staying here again when we come up for skiing 🎿 very well appointed home. My girls loved their separate space upstairs.

This was a great place to stay, we had so much fun. We went on a birthday trip for my 12-year-old son and he loved it. The slopes in the back of the house were great to go sledding and we hardly had to leave the house it was awesome! We would definitely stay here again.

House have everything you need ! Kids love to play in the snow , we had a amazing time. The host is super attentive and reply fast!
