This is a great, big home. Very clean and spacious. We had family visiting from afar, and this house easily fit my family, my parents, and my sister and her daughters.
Hiking down to the creek takes just under 5 minutes, once you get the hang of it. It’s a rough path but totally doable for most people. It’s a great location if you’re looking to spend some time in the creek.
The road to get to the house gets a little trickier right at the end. We got there right around 5 with plenty of daylight so it wasn’t a problem, but I can see how some people may get spooked if they traverse it at night for their first time.
I’d stay here again!

We spent 4 days at Kathryn's beautiful home. The house is in a great location with trail down to the creek. We enjoyed the house and its amenities , unfortunately my guest and I had to work in the day. Kathryn and her team did all possible to get us a good connection so we can work from there . My office view those days were the beautiful view from the house and it felt amazing working from there . The house is big, clean and had everything we needed to feel at home. I will definitely go back with family in the near future. !! Amazing house, amazing views and great location !!

Great house in the hills of Sedona. Beautiful landscapes all around and very private. Comfortably fit 13 of us - the house is massive! Lovely creek down in the valley via a trail from the backyard. The home is exactly as described and had a fully equipped kitchen with outdoor grill, spacious living room and bedrooms. A short drive to Sedona town centre. Would highly recommend staying here if you have a big group/multiple families!! We had a terrific time; thanks for everything!

This is a beautiful, comfortable and spacious home, elegant and inviting in every way. We appreciated the welcome binder with house information, and basket of snacks to greet us! The view from the living room is beyond words, truly a million dollar view. The one (major!) drawback to this property is the cliffside access road that proved to be treacherous and very scary to drive. It is a one lane road with no guard rails, and with the winter precipitation, there were huge potholes in the road that were deep and dangerous. We had to drive around them (dangerous as we had to navigate very close to the cliff edge) or drive through them ( hard on the suspension and undercarriage of our rented vehicles). We had to change our evening plans (losing deposits for a rental space and reservations at planned dinner outings) as guests did NOT want to drive on this road at night in the dark. I called the property management and we were given a token refund, but it didn't compensate for our losses.
