House was perfect and spacious! Our host was amazing and was very kind. Great location and neighborhood. Communication was great, I felt like I knew what I needed to in a timely manner. Extra details made our stay amazing and will definitely recommend and want to come back!

Amazing home! Spacious yet cozy! The backyard had a lot of room to let our dogs roam around and play. The fire pit allowed us to tell stories and have a drink outside without getting cold and the furnishings really made this place feel like I was staying over at a relative’s house. I’d 100% recommend and definitely plan to book again the next time I’m in Flagstaff!

The house was absolutely beautiful. it was well appointed with extras to make a week long stay completely possible. the only down side was we realized that the wood pellets were not in the garage as per the emails, I sent an email well after business hours on Thursday, he replied stating they'd have someone out with them at 8pm. They delivered the pellets for the stove in the afternoon. The jacuzzi tub requires some figuring out. my brain was fried and focused on the wedding weekend. The only other big thing is I'd suggest a snow shovel on the winter months so we could clear off the upper patio since it had just snowed. I would definitely recommend and I'd definitely rent the property again.
