Exactly as pictured. Good location for walking to the strand. Only note is that the place is not super kid friendly, and the upstairs railings are shorter than the current standards. That said, we traveled with a total of four kids under 5, and everyone had a great time.

Perfect stay for our family vacation! Beautiful home, friendly neighborhood, and felt very safe to walk around. Excellent location with lots of fun things to do nearby. Especially enjoyed the large front porch and rocking chairs. House is super roomy, clean and comfortable… highly recommend!

The house is beautiful and perfectly situated in walking distance to the Strand but also not far from the beach. The kitchen is incredibly well-stocked for those like us who want to cook.

the White Pelican Inn was a great place for our trip to Galveston.

Perfect stay for a large group. The kitchen was spacious, with plenty of places to sit and visit around the house, everything was clean and comfortable. It was nice to be able to walk right down to the strand. Just a tip that it is easiest to stick to 3 vehicles (2 small ones) that cover the parking they provide so that you don't have to worry about parking elsewhere. It worked out that we had one guest who needed the downstairs bedroom because she couldn't risk the stairs. All the other beds are upstairs. We enjoyed our stay!

If you a are looking for a clean updated home near the beach, this is it. You truly feel like you are vacationing in style in this home. Loved all the amenities i.e. coffee bar stocked, shampoo/conditioner, and abundant towels. This home will take your vacation to another level of comfort. Thanks for having our family!
