A beautifully furnished house in a perfect location for beach and local amenities. The house was well stocked with everything our family needed. The Home-Theatre seating and lovely shower were big hits with our family. Would love to stay there again !

Location is fabulous!! Beach views from both balconies! Empty lot in front of this house so there are no obstructed views of the water. We vacationed here with our daughter and son-in-law and never felt crowded! Home layout is perfect set up for private time or family time as each floor has a living area, bathroom, bedroom and balcony. Kitchen had everything we needed for meals and coffee. Beds cozy and clean! Rental company was quick to answer small a/c issue and had it fixed in our first hour while we were on the beach. We found everything we needed right in Jamaica Beach but also made the quick 15 minute ride to Galveston Strand and also took in some night fishing down at San Luis Pass. An outdoor dining table is the only thing missing but we made the balcony railing a quick substitute.

Great home, clean comfy and homely. The space works great as the kids were able to dissapear upstairs in the evening to relax. 30 secs to the water, outdoor shower, sea views and close to stores and food establishments. Came away feeling relaxed which is what we needed.
