Porter Management and the house were amazing. This was a great get away for me and my family to enjoy my 30th birthday! The house was the perfect size and the pool was amazing. They were quick to respond when asked if they provide pool floaties (they do not, but that was fine). Ample seating inside to dine together at the table and kitchen bar (table does not seat 12). We would have liked to see more outside seating around the pool (only two recliners) and only able to sit 5 at the outside tv. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The grill worked great!
One downside is the ice maker does not work, we contacted them and they informed us they were working with a vendor but looks like based on other reviews it has been down for 6 months. It would have been nice to know before hand or even provide ice trays. Also would have liked to seem some seasonings/pantry items.

The home was exactly as described and perfectly located in Scottsdale. Our group had plenty of room and convenience during our stay.

Excellent stay. Outdoor space was excellent for our days we stayed home. Kids had a blast with the foosball and pool table. A couple minor issues that were resolved immediately. Would go back

Our family trip included 9 adults and 2 children under the age of 1. The house was very clean and organized, it was also very spacious which was great for the larger crowd. The island bar in the kitchen with large dining table worked great for meals at the house. The bedrooms all had a TV and having 3 baths was a huge bonus. The outside was great as we were in the pool most days and the hot tub was perfect temp for morning/evenings. We even watched march madness on the big screen from inside the pool! There were plenty of close restaurants and gas stations with Old Towne only a few minutes away. We did have some minor issues with the screen door and washer/dryer but nothing major to give the rental less than 5 stars.
