The house was great. Had plenty of things for the kids to do during small periods of downtime. The kitchen and amenities were great. Costco / target is close so we stocked up for the stay very easily.
My only suggestion would be to review the window coverings as the coverings didnt cover the windows and there were windows that didnt have any coverings at all.
The front door is glass and no covering provided so it made nighttime a little odd as you can see right in the house. Maybe that intentional?

This spot was exactly what I was looking for, the house was very clean and well stocked. The backyard is very private with tons of sunshine. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Would definitely stay here again!

The place is very clean, modern design. Please know that you will be working with a property management company and not an individual. They do make you sign a contract outside of the Airbnb format. I found this to be a little off putting. That being said this is a very nice place, close to a lot of things we wanted to do (old town and camelback mountain). There are a lot of things to do at the house (pool, table games, etc) so it’s great for a bigger group or family. It is in a residential neighborhood so they are very strict on noise levels. This would not be good for groups that plan to party.
They do charge extra ($150) to turn on the pool heater which seems a bit excessive to me. We declined this option.

We had a great stay at this home. It was very convenient to the freeway and to downtown Scottsdale. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and the house is located on a dead end road, so there's virtually no traffic. The house had everything we needed.

The house is gorgeous and so comfortable. Everything was so clean and had enough space to accommodate our family. The location was great giving us many options for meals out and many adventures within driving distance. We loved our visit to Scottsdale, AZ!
