Great stay! We're a family of 5 and there was still plenty of room in the rental if a larger group needed to rent. The amount of spaces to gather in the rental was amazing. The open balcony with a view was wonderful! There was even a closed in balcony that would have been great in colder temps, but we were there in March so it wasn't that cold. Property is lovely and quiet. The instructions and communication from Porter were clear and easy to follow. I'd recommend this rental!

We wanted to experience Sedona in the winter and were not disappointed. The hiking was terrific and the central location was perfect. Views were spectacular! We particularly enjoyed the sunrises. Just down the road from the house we found the oldest building in Sedona (1926) which was now a very cute gift shop. We found some great gifts for family.

Great home with amazing views!! The description and photos were spot on. The check-in/check-out process was simple and quick. Home was super clean and well stocked with all of the basic needs for a weekend get away. Lots of things to do close by, with very short car rides.
The driveway was kinda hard to spot at first since it’s shared with the house above it, but once spotted there was no issues or confusion.
Overall, it was an amazing experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay with a great view. We will be staying here again in the future!

Excellent stay with incredible views! Beds were very comfortable and hot water for days. The only thing that would make this better would be more cookware.
