The property was great. Clean, spacious, beautiful views and plenty of wild life spottings (rare birds, coyotes, javalinas, mule deer, etc.) to keep hanging on the deck fun. The Uptown shopping strip is about a half mile walk with some hills, but simple enough if you're in OK shape. We had an incredibly hot week and the A/C worked great when we needed it.The famous Sedona trails are all within 10-20 minute drives. Highly recommended.

Great property and well equipped. The outdoor fire pit patio is spectacular. We spent most of our time out there! Use of the garage was great to assembly and store our bikes during our stay!

Our stay at the Manzanita home completely exceeded our expectations. The views of the red rocks truly are breathtaking from the home and porches. The kitchen is fully stocked with every thing needed and more to enjoy home cooked meals with family and guests. We found the home to be plenty spacious, well maintained and conveniently located to the sites and shopping in Sedona. We loved our stay.

This home was gorgeous!!!!! Very clean, and the views are magnificent!! The bathrooms are beautiful and overall all is comfortable !!!! My family had a great time.

We thought the house and associated views were fantastic. However, we did see a couple roaches in the house, which suggests that there are many others we did not see. I suggest you treat the house for cockroaches. Other than that, we loved the place and our stay.
