Great location, this home had every amenity as far as kitchen, bath, towels, and the washer/dryer came in so handy. The hot tub was great after a day of hiking- and we enjoyed the house and view so much that we actually preferred to spend a few nights “at home”, preparing our meals together and relaxing “at home”. We absolutely recommend Brewer Road!

The house was exactly as advertised. Cozy, clean, and beautiful. Will definitely be visiting again in the future.

We spent a lovely four-day stay at this property in early July. The property is as-described and very well appointed. The Red Rocks views are fantastic and we even took advantage of the hot tub in the late-afternoon shade. The location is fantastic. Quiet and secluded, but yet just minutes from everything.

We loved our stay here: the home was spacious and clean, the view was fantastic and the outdoor space was just right. On our final morning we saw two coyotes trot through the backyard; that was a huge treat!
The home was as described, and was bright and airy. The beds comfortable; the couch was huge enough for us to spread out on. I wouldn’t call the kitchen stocked, but it had enough to get by.
The main downside to the home was the lack of window treatments in the living room. It was uncomfortable at night. Additionally, I would have liked a binder of local recommendations.
